Moazaf (“we”, “us”) is an Arabic/English resource-management platform in development. This website is operated by S M B D M MARKETING SERVICES CO. L.L.C., Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This page covers moazaf.com, moazaf.app and moazaf.ae.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details you submit on the website form: name, email address, company (optional) and message.
- Technical metadata generated when you submit the form: date/time and a coarse IP address used only to reduce spam.
- Server logs that our host may keep for security and uptime (IP address, user agent, requested URL). We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you asked, to notify you when Moazaf launches.
- To understand interest in the product.
- To keep the site working and to block abuse.
We do not sell personal information. The form posts to our own server on this domain and is emailed to our team. We do not use a third-party form processor.
4. Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookie a browser stores is limited to what is strictly necessary for the connection (for example HTTPS).
5. Retention
Enquiry emails are kept until we have handled them and, if you joined a launch list, until Moazaf launches or you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. Server logs follow our host’s standard rotation.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@moazaf.com or rushdi@smbdm.com.
7. International transfers
The site is hosted with Hostinger. Email is delivered to our team in the UAE. If you contact us from another country, your data is processed in the UAE and wherever the host’s servers are located in order to provide the site.
8. Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
