1. Acceptance

By accessing moazaf.com, moazaf.app or moazaf.ae (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Operator

The Site is operated by S M B D M MARKETING SERVICES CO. L.L.C., Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

3. Pre-launch site

The Site currently exists to describe Moazaf, an upcoming resource-management platform, and to collect enquiries and launch-notification sign-ups. No paid product or hosted service is offered for use yet.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with it. Automated form submissions and spam are prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, design, logos, and the Moazaf / موظف names — is owned by the operator or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Sign-up list

Submitting the form does not create an account, a contract, or a guarantee of product availability or pricing.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Product plans, features and dates described are indicative and subject to change.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

10. Changes and contact
