Pricing questions
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your workspace moves to the paid plan you choose, or drops to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: records over the Free limits stay readable, and only creating new ones is paused.
What counts as an active employee?
Billing counts employee records that are currently employed, not logins. Admin and manager logins are free, and employees who have left are not counted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time from the billing page. Upgrades apply straight away and are prorated; if your employee count drops, the lower amount applies from your next renewal.
How can we pay?
By card, monthly or annually. Enterprise customers can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
Do your invoices include VAT?
No. SMBDM Technology L.L.C is not VAT-registered, so we do not charge VAT. Invoices are ordinary invoices, not tax invoices, and are available in Arabic and English.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing costs the same as ten months, so you get two months free.
